Our Policy
Booking Policies & Guidelines
Book Online
You will be required to enter your Credit Card information including a Postal Code to request and hold your booking. We will respond to your request as soon as possible (under 12 hours). Your Credit Card will be used to reserve your booking only in accordance with our Cancellation & Late Policies.
When calling, please have your information ready
1. Your primary insurance carrier.
2. Your secondary insurance carrier.
3. Your credit card information to hold your booking in accordance with our Cancellation & Late Policies.
4. Date and time? How many people? what type of massage?
24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
Anyone who forgets or chooses to not attend their appointment for whatever reason with no notice will be considered a "no-show". You will be charged the full fee for the missed appointment. Fee must be paid in full before you will be able to book again.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
